It discusses how the HyFlex model works, including initial development, with guidance on language to help students understand its application. During and after the COVID-19 pandemic, some programs were forced to provide online options, and then transition back to classrooms. This article discusses curricular design strategies for student engagement and technology options for facilitating HyFlex teaching in a way that allows people to attend in person and online still. Important descriptions of accessibility options are included, as well, to meet the needs to students with disabilities.
