The relationship between the insulating bar and shaft are carried out, and verified the correctness of model by the testing results. So the contact stroke, stroke and pressure of contact spring, motor angle are obtained and analyzed through the simulation model. Finally, the influence factors of closing bounce are studied such as the moving contact quality, pre-pressure and stiffness coefficient of contact spring. Abstract
In order to enhance the reliability and operation performance, the virtual prototype model of high voltage circuit breaker with motor driving operating mechanism are established according to the process of opening and closing operation.
