马哈拉施特拉邦社区、政府和企业部门药剂师对药学服务的态度和做法
背景:药师可以通过提供社区药学服务直接影响疾病管理。药剂师必须从分配器发展到药物管理从业者。因此,他们的知识、态度和实践是关键的必需品,这样他们才能与医生一起显著改善患者的健康状况。目的:了解药师对药学服务的态度和做法。方法:采用前瞻性研究方法,对印度浦那地区508名政府、社区和企业部门的药剂师进行问卷调查。通过简单的描述性分析和与所有三个部门的高级官员进行焦点小组讨论的结果,评估了对药学服务的态度和做法的水平。结果:所有参与者在药学服务实践的各个组成部分,包括患者咨询、解决药物相关问题、进行干预、不良反应管理和告知药物相互作用方面的反应都很低,而提供这些服务的态度却很高。从与官员的焦点小组讨论中确认,由于缺乏适当的药剂师教育和培训,现行法律执行不力,临床知识不足以及其他医疗保健专业人员对药学专业的认识不足等障碍,药剂师没有进行太多的患者护理服务。结论:该研究得出结论,在印度,尽管药剂师对此持积极态度,但配药仍然是所有药剂师提供的主要服务,药学服务的实践非常有限。关键词:药师;态度与实践;药学服务;
