We show that with such a computer-aided technique, we can get a accurate match in switching transients just by calibrating the static (transfer and output characteristics) and the gate charge curves. Furthermore, we present a Verilog-A implementation of a physics based IGBT and power diode compact model [2], [3]. Abstract
In this work, we present a new calibration technique of an IGBT and power diode compact model using a commercially available tool optiSLang™ [1].
