On Giving Preferences to Residents of Special Economic Zones in State and Corporate Procurements

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the issue of granting residents of territories with special economic activity regime with the preferences in case of their participation as producers in state and corporate purchases. Conditions stimulating business activity of these subjects within the borders of such territories are analyzed. The conclusion is made that granting them preferences in public and corporate procurement will contribute to the improvement of the investment climate and will have a positive impact on the domestic economy. A list of preferential conditions for residents’ participation in public and corporate procurement is proposed.
