Abstract

The negative changes in the socio-economic situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic cannot be overcome quickly. Shocks will manifest themselves over a long period of time, and all market participants will be tested. In this situation, it is especially important not only those decisions that are aimed at ensuring current socio-economic stability, but also going beyond the satisfaction of urgent needs, setting up in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation the implementation of a long-term policy of vigorous and sustainable economic recovery, taking into account new challenges.
