This scoping review evaluated emerging research during the first two years of the pandemic (January 2020-May 2022) around ways organizations can support social work staff after the pandemic and during future public health disasters. This review suggests organizational leaders implement protocols to preserve workers’ well-being, create supportive spaces, provide supervision and mentorship, acknowledge inequalities and enact change, and promote crisis preparedness.
