Abstract

The article presents analysis of the characteristics of cooperation in economic, administrative and humanitarian spheres between the Irkutsk oblast of Russia and the Republic of Korea in the end of 2010th. The influence of the Korean factor on the international cooperation is considered, problems and prospects of interaction are identified.
