Abstract

A 57-year-old male patient presented 9/10 epigastric abdominal transfictive type towards back pain, 12 hours of evolution. Symptoms began after eating high-fat foods and have presented 3 biliary emesis. It has a history of metabolic syndrome. Liver function (LFT) tests resulted normal, serum lipase is 379 and serum amylase is 643.
