The products were characterized by X-ray diffractometer( XRD),ultraviolet-visible spectra( UV-vis),infrared spectra( IR),Raman spectra( Raman),transmission electron microscopy( TEM). Abstract
PANI@ZnS quantum dots composite materials were prepared by two steps.
