Abstract

This article aims to examine and analyze non-corporal punishment in the character development of Madrasah Aliyah students in Jambi province. 本文旨在考察和分析非体罚在占碑省阿利亚宗教学校学生性格发展中的作用。本研究采用个案研究方法和目的抽样技术。通过观察、访谈和记录收集数据。结果表明,非体罚在占碑省伊斯兰学校的应用效果良好,学生的性格也可以从非体罚的贡献中形成。这些指标可以由;(1)教师实施非体罚时,学习过程发生了变化,课外活动中的非体罚实施效果良好;(2)非体罚可以培养学生的纪律性等性格,使其更服从伊斯兰学校的规定,非体罚的纪律执行提高了学生的意识和动机,可以提高他们的学习成绩;(3)阿利亚伊斯兰学校实施非体罚的支持因素是学校各要素(校长、班主任、教师、看门人、保安和家长)的合作,而阻碍非体罚实施的因素是应经常监督的团队、教师的充分活动、不关心纪律的教师、学生住处到学校的距离和资金。
