The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method with ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model includes five stages, there are the analysis stage (Analyse), the planning stage (Design), the development stage (Development), the implementation stage (Implementation), and evaluation stage (Evaluation). The learning video developed using Powtoon can support learning activity, easy to access and self-study according to curriculum 2013. The learning video is equipped with animations, background music, and illustration that can be lessening verbalises of understanding material. This media to be a solution to the limitation of time, place, and facilities experienced while of XII grade high school and preparing generations for the restriction of future energy resources problems. The feasibility was carried out using a validation test questionnaire interpreted by using a Likert scale. Abstract

This research aims to develop Powtoon-based physics learning video worthy of use in XII grade high school energy resources material.
