Abstract

Members of student organizations should have innovative work behavior, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, they need to show perseverance in developing new ideas, which can be considered a part of grit. This study aimed to examine the relationship between grit and innovative work behavior among members of student organizations.
