A summary status report of the past three year's research is presented. Status of the MOCVD crystal growth technology in relation to the optimization of the Al<sub>x</sub>Ga<sub>1−<em>x</em></sub>As solar cells is assessed. Device characteristics, their structural and material parameters and problems are given. Abstract
MOCVD AlxGa1−xAs solar cells are reviewed. A summary status report of the past three year's research is presented. Status of the MOCVD crystal growth technology in relation to the optimization of the AlxGa1−xAs solar cells is assessed. Device characteristics, their structural and material parameters and problems are given.
