Abstract

Leftover of khat (Catha edulis) fed to goats as a sole diet or supplement improved body weight gain and did not affect the haematological parameters. Supplementation of sorghum stover by up to 45% of khat leftover increased intakes of dry matter and nutrients, body weight gain and feed conversion efficiency of goats.
