The evolution of approaches to the study of the concept of \"success\" in various fields of science is discussed, and based on this, its essence is specified, the features of the success of small and medium-sized businesses in our country are analyzed. The analysis of success factors is included. Abstract

The article is related to the point that the development of small and medium-sized businesses is one of the priority tasks. Small and medium business, as a subsystem of the national economy, as a special form of economic activity, cannot develop only thanks to the conditions created for it, no matter how favorable they may be. In the national economy, special institutions must be created and "grown" that ensure the sustainable operation of small and medium-sized businesses. 本文论述了中小企业的发展是我国的优先任务之一。中小企业作为国民经济的一个子系统，作为一种特殊的经济活动形式，它的发展不能仅仅依靠为它创造的条件，无论这些条件多么有利。在国民经济中，必须建立和“成长”确保中小企业可持续经营的特殊机构。论述了各科学领域对“成功”概念研究方法的演变，在此基础上，明确了“成功”概念的本质，分析了我国中小企业成功的特点。对成功因素进行了分析。笔者对影响因素进行了分类，将其分为内部因素和外部因素;内部因素控制着公司自身，而外部因素则超越了公司的界限，整体上影响着公司的活动。关键词:小企业，国家支持，补助，生产增长，创业。
