Abstract

Human society has entered the Internet era. With the acceleration of urbanization, people's living environment has been greatly improved. However, community neighborhoods are in a dilemma of strangeness, and it has a certain negative impact on social stability and community residents. This is the result of a combination of factors. Many researchers have shown that most people desire to have harmonious neighborhood relations. In the Internet era, it is important to consider how to promote neighborly relations, enhance communication between neighbors, and promote neighborly trust and mutual harmony. Based on the concept of sharing economy, we propose the concept of creative mutual help community for this purpose. It's called Any Help, a mobile community support platform based on the Internet and big data. It can effectively promote friendly communication and mutual help among neighbors. People can connect and help each other through the platform and let people with their own specialties to solve the things they are good at. This will maximize the value of everyone, efficiently manage social resources, and allow people to seek assistance. As a result, a peaceful community will emerge, with the potential to support sustainable social development.
