Abstract

The primary aim of this study has been to examine the Human Resource (HR) Practice types which are being followed in various Indian Entrepreneurial Organizations with special focus on succession planning process. HR Practices provide a common understanding and order within the system. It is also a very important part of an organizations business strategy since people are working for an organization and creating a great enterprise heavily relies on how well and fairly, they are being treated. Additionally, organisations require a plan for creating, disseminating, and enforcing a set of rules and regulations that are compliant with the law and represent the proper conduct of their employees.
