Abstract

A new electronic flexible hybrid composite film in organic-inorganic two-phase system PVDF/SiO/sub 2/ by Sol-Gel process is described. The PVDF/SiO/sub 2/ film preparation and composite techniques, hybrid microstructure, dielectric, piezo- and pyroelectric, charge storage properties, effects, and origin mechanism analysis are discussed.
