The majority of the participants were women, as the research’s main focus was on working women. The results proved the positive correlation between work-family conflict and turnover intention. In addition, surprisingly, the survey showed that the control variables such as age, tenure, gender, and the number of children had insignificant impacts on the work-family conflict.
