Road conditions are also influenced by a slope of 20º for coal transport trucks. The condition of the road will certainly affect fuel consumption. Fuel consumption is something that really needs to be studied because it is related to operational costs incurred by companies in transportation operations. Many factors affect of fuel consumption including the slope of the road (grade), RPM of the means of transportation, speed of the means of transportation, rimpull of the means of transportation, mileage of the means of transportation, and travel time of the means of transportation. The purpose of this study was to compare the fuel consumption of Mitsubishi Fuso 220 on each road segment and based on RPM. The data needed are road length, RPM, distribution time of transportation equipment, road conditions in the field. The results of data processing show that the use of Mitsubishi fuso 220 truck fuel consumption in each coal transportation operation at PT. Haswi Kencana Indah with a distance of 798 meters is 21.1 liters / hour (when loaded 17.573 liters / hour, 3.527 liters / hour when empty) while fuel consumption using RPM calculation is 18.01 liters / hour (11.09 liters / hour loaded, empty 4.7 liters / hour and at idle 2.22 liters / hour).
