Abstract

This study aims: (1) to determine the level of self management in the learning of class X IPA students before getting group guidance services, (2) to determine the level of self management in learning X grade science students after receiving group guidance services, and (3) to find out group guidance services can improve self management in learning grade X IPA students before and after being given group guidance services. This research method is action research in counseling and guidance services (PTBK). The data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observations, and documentation. 本研究的目的是:(1)确定X级IPA学生在接受团体辅导服务前的学习自我管理水平;(2)确定X级理科生在接受团体辅导服务后的学习自我管理水平;(3)发现团体辅导服务可以提高X级IPA学生在接受团体辅导服务前后的自我管理水平。本研究方法为咨询指导服务行动研究(PTBK)。本研究使用的数据收集技术为问卷调查、观察和文献。本研究的数据分析采用描述性定量数据分析,采用百分比公式。结果表明:(1) X班学生在接受角色扮演技巧小组指导前的自我管理水平处于低类别,平均得分为68分;(2)X班学生在接受角色扮演技巧服务组指导后的自我管理水平处于高类别,平均得分为109分;(3)X班学生在接受角色扮演技巧服务组指导后的自我管理水平有了较好的提高。在接受自我管理水平的角色扮演小组辅导服务前,得分低至68分;在接受角色扮演小组辅导服务后,得分有所提高,平均得分为109分。这表明,从“低”到“高”的比例明显增加,得分为41分。
