We are presenting a case that had MDS shortly after treatment of CRC with Adjuvant Chemotherapy which is not a common entity. : A 66 years old man was diagnosed as a case of colon cancer treated by surgery followed by chemotherapy for 6 months. Myelodysplastic syndrome was diagnosed due to persistent anemia post chemotherapy.
