Abstract

: ALS in the Philippines is an informal education method with national characteristics. ALS in the Philippines is not only the crystallization of the Philippine people's exploration of education for all, but also the law of education for all. I n order to ensure that individuals who cannot accept or cannot complete the formal school education of schools receive the same education opportunities, the Philippines has gradually formed an ALS with national characteristics to meet the personalized needs of learning objects, focus on meeting the needs of social development, complement the formal school education of schools, and be oriented by qualifications and ability.
