The study sample was randomly distributed into two groups: the experimental and control with (50) students in each. The study tool was prepared, which is an achievement test (before and after me) and their validity and reliability were verified. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (a = 0.05) between the mean scores of the control group and the experimental group, in favor of the experimental group in the post-test first studied using the electronic software. The study showed that there is an effect of electronic software in the development of English language skills. Abstract
