Structured questionnaire prepared by the researcher using Likert's 5-point scale has been used to collect primary data. Percentage analysis has been used to understand perception of managers towards various training needs. Mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation were administered to compare dimensions of training needs analysis. Abstract

This research work is intended to analyse training needs of the managers by understanding their perception towards various factors.
