The system achieves the bottom information and uploads to the management layer. It uses a combination of Ethernet and serial communication to connect field equipment. Through hardware manufacturer provides the OPC Server interface to save real time information of the production equipment in real-time database of the industrial configuration software. On the basis of this, the upper application system is flexible to access the field devices through OPC Client, gathering and managing real-time information. Abstract
Based on the production system of high functional plastic production areas, the authors design an information acquisition system based on OLE for Process Control (OPC) technology.
