According to the findings, Social Media Marketing has a positive direct and indirect influence (mediated by Social Media Brand Engagement) on Purchase Intention. Meanwhile, Technology Readiness has a\npositive direct and indirect effect (mediated by Social Media Brand Engagement) on Purchase Intention.
