Abstract

This study evaluated the phytochemical constituents of palm oil. Palm oil is commonly used in nutrition for many reasons. Some people use it as antidote for certain types of poisons. Some phytochemical constituents detected in palm oil has been reported to possess various biological, nutritional, pharmaceutical and industrial properties.
