Rural human resource development and management are of great significance and value to China's sustainable development and has received much attention as a research hotspot over the years. This study aims to understand the current situation of rural human resources research in China, help relevant scholars keep abreast of the research dynamics in this field in China, and better engage in rural human resources research. The article selects the China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database (CNKI) as the data source uses “rural human resources” as the keyword to search the relevant literature from 2000 to 2020; a total of 909 documents were searched. On this basis, it uses the bibliometric method to analyze the relevant literature. The results of this study showed the following: 1) There are era differences in the academic circles’ attention to rural human resource development. From 2000 to 2020, the relevant literature showed certain volatility. 2) There is insufficient systematic research on the literature. There are many journal articles in the literature resources, but a lack of dissertations. 3) Author units are mostly concentrated in colleges and universities, particularly agricultural universities. 4) The quantity of excellent literature is insufficient, and there is little funded literature. 中国农村人力资源研究——基于CNKI数据库的文献计量分析
文献作为研究者研究成果的载体,能够客观地反映该领域的发展状况。农村人力资源开发与管理对中国的可持续发展具有重要意义和价值,是近年来备受关注的研究热点。本研究旨在了解中国农村人力资源研究现状,帮助相关学者了解中国农村人力资源研究动态,更好地开展农村人力资源研究。本文选取中国知网(CNKI)作为数据源,以“农村人力资源”为关键词检索2000 - 2020年的相关文献;共检索了909份文件。在此基础上,运用文献计量学方法对相关文献进行分析。研究结果表明:1)学术界对农村人力资源开发的关注存在时代差异。从2000年到2020年,相关文献表现出一定的波动性。2)文献系统研究不足。文献资源中期刊文章较多,但学位论文较少。3)作者单位多集中在高校,以农业大学居多。4)优秀文献数量不足,资助文献少。在未来的研究中,建议相关学者结合中国国情,加大对乡村振兴和新兴职业农民培养的研究力度,同时提高研究的系统性和针对性。
