METODOLOGÍA 5’S Y SISTEMA DE PORTABILIDAD EN NOSOCOMIO GUANAJUATENSE, MÉXICANO

Abstract

This article documents the results of the application of the 5´S methodology in the finance department of Hospital Guanajuato Sur. With a marked leadership in the management process of the Portability System in the State of Guanajuato; offering hospital medical care to 6 states: Nuevo Leon, State of Mexico, Mexico City, Puebla, Hidalgo and Michoacan.
