However, one of the four mice used still had a high serum concentration of NTPase on day 35. Again, detectable NTPase concentrations occurred when the mice had parasitaemias. Antibody to T. gondii was detected from day 7 (IgM) or 10 (IgG) and brain cysts were observed from day 14.
