It is indeed clever how financing is addressed, without making finance the only focus of the book. The argument throughout the book is well documented, persuasive, and ignites enthusiasm in the reader about the possibilities ahead. Overall, this is a must-read book for policymakers, practitioners, activists, and the general public interested in addressing both homelessness and affordable housing, while focusing on solving the climate crisis and envisioning a sustainable green future.
