Abstract

Cooperatives as farmer economic groups are one of the breakthroughs for developing economic businesses by empowering farmers to manage their agricultural businesses independently and professionally. The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal and external conditions of the Prima Jaya Coffee Cooperative and determine alternative priority strategies that are suitable for business development efforts of the Prima Jaya
