Total phenolic and flavonoid contents of these extracts were determined as pyrocatechol and quercetin equivalents, respectively. The antioxidant activity of the extracts was investigated by using four methods including DPPH free radical and ABTS cation radical scavenging, I²-carotene bleaching and cupric reducing antioxidant capacity (CUPRAC) assays. The methanol extract showed the highest antioxidant activity in two assays. The anticholinesterase effect of the extracts was determined by using Ellman method via inhibition of acetyl- (AChE) and butyryl-cholinesterase (BChE) enzymes. The strongest inhibition against BChE was observed for the methanol extract. The antioxidant and anticholinesterase potential of bilberry bloom extracts was determined for the first time. OZET Bu calismada, yaban mersini bitkisinin cicek kisimlarinin petrol eteri, diklorometan, metanol ve sicak su ekstreleri hazirlandi. Bu ekstrelerin toplam fenolik madde miktarlari pirokatekole esdeger, toplam flavonoit madde miktarlari kersetine esdeger olarak belirlendi. Antioksidan tayin yontemleri olarak, DPPH serbest radikal ve ABTS katyon radikali giderim, I²-karoten renk acilim ve CUPRAC yontemleri kullanildi. Metanol ekstresi bu yontemlerin ikisinde en yuksek antioksidan aktiviteyi gosterdi. Ekstrelerin antikolinesteraz aktiviteleri, asetilkolinesteraz ve butirilkolinesteraz enzimlerinin inhibisyonuna dayanan Ellman yontemi ile belirlendi. Metanol ekstresi butirilkolinesteraza karsi en yuksek aktiviteyi gosterdi. Yaban mersini bitkisinin cicek kisimlarinin ekstrelerinin antioksidan ve antikolinesteraz aktiviteleri ilk kez bu calisma ile belirlendi. 摘要本研究以越橘花为原料,分别制备了石油醚、二氯甲烷、甲醇和热水提取物。以邻苯二酚和槲皮素当量分别测定其总酚和类黄酮含量。采用DPPH自由基和ABTS阳离子自由基清除、I²-胡萝卜素漂白和铜还原抗氧化能力(CUPRAC)等4种方法考察其抗氧化活性。甲醇提取物的抗氧化活性最高。采用Ellman法通过抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和丁基胆碱酯酶(BChE)测定其抗胆碱酯酶活性。甲醇提取物对BChE的抑制作用最强。首次测定了越橘花提取物的抗氧化和抗胆碱酯酶活性。二氯甲烷,二氯甲烷,甲醇,三氯甲烷,三氯甲烷,三氯甲烷,三氯甲烷,三氯甲烷,三氯甲烷,三氯甲烷,三氯甲烷,三氯甲烷。但黄芪黄酮类化合物可制得黄芪酮、黄芪黄酮可制得黄芪酮、黄芪酮可制得黄芪酮、黄芪酮。Antioksidan tayin yontemleri olarak, DPPH serbest radical - ve ABTS katyon radikaligigim, I²-karoten - renk - acilive CUPRAC yontemleri kullanildi。甲醇会使人感到压力,但会使人感到压力。乙酰胆碱抗胆碱酯酶活性,乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,乙酰胆碱酯酶活性。甲醇应激是一种可调节机体活性的物质。雅班梅氏菌的抗胆碱活性、抗胆碱活性、抗胆碱活性、抗胆碱活性、抗胆碱活性、抗胆碱活性、抗胆碱活性、抗胆碱活性。关键词:越橘;抗氧化活性;抗胆碱酯酶活性。
