The questionnaire has one scoring scale and two non-scoring Likert type five-point scales. Research survey was undertaken in two rounds (second survey after a gap of 6 months semester). ILC satisfaction was low in the scoring result, however, non-scoring ILC was found good enough. Hypotheses are tested with t-test and effect size also computed, where applicable. Abstract

Information Literacy Competency (ILC) of postgraduate students at Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, is assessed in this article.
