None of the fungi belonging to the division Basidiomycota have either strong or moderate phytotoxic activity, only 50% of the remaining fungi have weak phytotoxic activity. All the fungi belonging to the Mucormycota division have a weak phytotoxic activity. Differences in the phytotoxic activity of fungi belonging to different taxonomic groups are related to the nature of their struggle in the environment they live in. Abstract

ABSTRACT: Annotation. In the research conducted, endogenous and exogenous metabolites of fungi were studied according to their toxic activity in different areas of Azerbaijan.
