Abstract

The article investigates the peculiarities of the training for military personnel in higher education institutions in Ukraine. The formation of moral and volitional qualities of future military personnel takes place both in the process of gaining professional qualifications in higher military educational institutions and military educational units of higher education institutions and during physical and tactical training. Study of the scientific literature shows that the term "moral-willed qualities" is studied as a relationship between the concepts of "moral qualities" and "willed qualities". 道德意志素质在未来军官培养总体体系中的作用和地位

文章探讨了乌克兰高等院校军事人才培养的特点。未来军事人才的道德素质和意志素质的形成，既发生在高等军事院校和高等军事院校军事教育单位取得职业资格的过程中，也发生在体能和战术训练过程中。对科学文献的研究表明，“道德意志品质”一词是作为“道德品质”和“意志品质”概念之间的关系来研究的。通过对科学文献的分析，明确了“未来军事人员的道德和意志素质”的概念，我们将其理解为稳定的人格特征，影响在遵守道德标准的基础上在各种情况下管理自己行为和活动的能力。事实证明，为了成功的专业活动，未来的军事人员需要培养有目的性等道德和意志素质;勇气和决心;独立和足智多谋;毅力和坚韧;耐力和自制力;纪律和组织。
