The Issue of Civil Right Protection Means in View of the Development of Digital Relations

Abstract

The relevance of the topic of researching the issue devoted to the problem of implementing methods of protecting civil rights in the light of the development of digital legal relations is due to the importance of the stability of civil rights in Russia as a rule of law. Protection of civil rights is one of the most important categories of the theory of civil and civil procedural law, without which it is very difficult to understand the nature and features of civil sanctions, the mechanism of their implementation, and other issues arising in connection with the violation of civil rights. The study of problem areas in the regulation of digital law contributes to the improvement of legislation, which in general should contribute to an increase in the effectiveness of the application of protection methods.
