CD8+, CD3+ and CD4+ in the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment. And there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). DC-CIK维持疗法结合中药治疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量改善的观察

目的:探讨和观察DC-CIK维持疗法联合中药治疗对改善晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者生活质量的影响。方法:研究时间为2017年1月~ 2018年4月。89例晚期非小细胞肺癌在我院诊治。随机分为观察组49例，对照组40例。记录生活质量的提高。结果:治疗后，观察组和对照组短期总有效率分别为71.4%和42.5%。观察组的发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗后CD8+、CD3+、CD4+与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DC-CIK维持疗法联合中药治疗晚期NSCLC患者，可改善患者生活质量，提高机体免疫能力，减少不良反应的发生，从而提高治疗效果。
