Abstract

Virtual simulation practice is the product of the integration of current college education and information technology development, and is the inevitable trend of college education development. The traditional aircraft maintenance practice teaching needs to be operated on the real aircraft, which has the characteristics of high equipment cost, high risk and high training room requirements. The introduction of virtual simulation technology into aircraft maintenance practice teaching can directly avoid the above drawbacks. 基于虚拟仿真技术的民机维修实践教学平台的开发与实践
虚拟仿真实习是当前高校教育与信息技术发展相结合的产物,是高校教育发展的必然趋势。传统的飞机维修实践教学需要在真实的飞机上进行操作,具有设备成本高、风险大、对实训室要求高的特点。在飞机维修实践教学中引入虚拟仿真技术可以直接避免上述弊端。本文详细介绍了民机虚拟维修实践教学平台的四个模块:飞机维修系统操作模块、虚拟三维飞机操作模块、飞机维修手册库模块和教学管理模块。以“飞机空调部件维修与故障排除”教学项目为例,采用了基于虚拟仿真平台的混合教学方法。教学实践表明,虚拟仿真平台能有效模拟企业的真实工作情况,促进学生的理论知识、实际操作能力和团队合作能力。
