Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to examine the impact of human resource management practices on employee performance. Specially the objective of this study are as follows (1) to determine the impact of human resource management practices: (a) training and development, (b) rewards and compensation, (c) performance appraisal, (d) employee empowerment, and (e) job design on employee performance in the public sector organization of Oman.
