Then, system experimental and simulation signals at non-rubbing and rubbing condition are obtained based on the experiment and the FE model simulation, moreover which are analyzed by using HSA along with shaft center orbit method. The results show that the proposed method is effective in the vibration Fault analysis of rotor systems. Abstract

The paper presents a relative novel time-frequency analysis method which applies in the vibration Fault analysis of rotor systems through Hilbert spectral analysis (HSA), the part of the Hilbert-Huang transform.
