By implementing a roadmap and considering gender mainstreaming, WTID aims to create a more sustainable and impactful organization that promotes gender equality in the tourism industry. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the cycle of strategy change as an organizational strategic planning to implement gender equality for women. The method used by this research is a qualitative approach, the type of research to be carried out is Participatory Action Research (PAR).
