The results revealed two categories of analysis, economics this concept probably stemming from home education, certainly possibly originated in the family. The researched students already have some idea of which way they should go in order not to get into debt. The second category, consciousness, revealed the concern and the need to develop financial care, to have a more peaceful economic life. We observed that students have already awakened awareness in their choices, demonstrating that one cannot neglect what has been achieved with difficulty. Abstract

The objective of this study is: To problematize the topic of financial planning with students in the third year of Technical High School at the Federal Institute of Bahia IFBA, based on the knowledge of Financial Education.
