Metal casting is one of the important and widely used routes to shape Al metallurgical parts, however this process is health hazardous and not ecofriendly [4]. Abstract

The aluminum (Al) metallurgical parts have been used in various industrial applications including but not limited to structural, aerospace and automotive industries etc. owing to their excellent corrosion resistance, light weight, and good mechanical properties especially good specific strength [1-3].
