This study describes childhood language acquisition during the Covid-19 pandemic in Canden, Bantul, Yogyakarta. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative approach from a psycholinguistic perspective. The data collection was made through observation, documentation, and interviews with sampling data on ten vulnerable children aged 3-5 years. Research shows that the acquisition of early childhood forms ways and excitations. How to gain language found through; Imitate, Remember, Ask, Tell Stories. Abstract

Language is a means of human communication in interacting with the nature of everyday life to obtain a specific purpose. Language skills are owned by children from birth to parents wherever they are.
