Abstract
In dogs and cats, eye traumas, both physical and chemical, are frequently encountered. They are always considered an emergency due to the severity of the lesions that can lead to blindness. Ocular trauma are detailed in the present paper: possible causes, pathogenesis, differential diagnosis and available treatments are presented.
