PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CARRYING OUT HORIZONTAL AND INCLINED WORKINGS ON ROCKS PRONE TO HEAVING

Abstract

The conducted studies have revealed two important, from the point of view of opera-tion, phenomena of the manifestation of rock pressure in the mine workings passed through the heaving rocks. The dependence of determining the magnitude of rock heaving in the bottomhole space is proposed. Practical mining technical recommendations for preventing rock heaving are made.
