四维彩色多普勒超声在胎儿畸形产前筛查中的应用
目的探讨四维彩色多普勒超声在胎儿畸形产前筛查中的诊断价值。方法采用四维彩色多普勒和二维超声对1200例孕妇进行观察和检测。结果与临床病理证实的结果进行比较。结果先天性缺陷34例;其中神经系统缺损10例,心脏畸形8例,唇腭裂7例,尿路畸形3例,肢体畸形3例,腹部畸形1例,其余2例。四维彩色多普勒检查畸形31例,产后符合率为91.17%;误诊3例,其中多指畸形1例,脊柱裂2例。二维超声检出畸形26例,产后符合率为76.47%;误诊8例,其中唇腭裂2例,多指畸形2例,脊柱裂3例,足内翻1例。两种方法比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论四维彩色多普勒能多维、多断面观察胎儿的异常发育,对体表畸形胎儿具有较高的临床价值,判断更为直观、准确。关键词:四维彩色多普勒超声;胎儿;先天性畸形
